I absolutely love the customer service that Skynet provides. I never have issues with our internet service. I did need help for a little while on my bill since I was out of work and they were so kind and worked with me. I would recommend them to everyone!!! Their staff is very kind and personable!

Service is way better than the LTE I was getting before. Got connected quick, I required a tower as there are a lot of tall trees around me. Great option for people in rural areas and want unlimited high speed. Fahad helped me through the process it was fast and he was able to let me try out the faster 50 mbps speed and it’s working great.

We were a difficult customer in that we have so many trees we couldn't get a good signal. We cannot get any other internet except the satellite one and it absolutely didn't work to my satisfaction. Skynet worked through it all and got very satisfactory internet. They recommended a tower and it worked. Thank You Skynet!!!
